Petr Turek is an interior designer and furniture maker.

He studied performing art at the Theatre conservatory in Prague. After graduating he began performing professionally across Europe. He appeared in both theatre, movies and on TV.

After appearing at the Edinburgh Festival he began to pursue his other passion - restoring antique furniture. This led to designing and producing his own creations.

For the last 20 years he has concentrated on designing and creating hand-made interiors, studies and kitchens - from individual pieces to complete restoration and decoration of period houses.

He regularly collaborates with a team of craftsmen working mainly in Southern England. Previous projects have also included complete restoration of 2 large farmhouses in Southern Bohemia for English clients and the refurbishment of a period villa in the centre of Prague.
